This Privacy Policy explains how Abdullah Shahid, trading as ASK.dev ("I", "me" or "my"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit founder.manarox.com or get in touch through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

I am a freelance full-stack developer based in Lahore, Pakistan. I collect only the information I need to reply to enquiries, discuss projects and keep this website secure. I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising.

  1. Contact form details: Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), company or organization (optional), the service you are interested in, your estimated budget, and the project details you write in the message box.
  2. Direct messages: Anything you send me by email or WhatsApp, including your email address or phone number and the content of your messages and attachments.
  3. Technical data: Your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of each request. This is recorded in server and security logs.
  4. Cookie data: The session and security cookies described in the Cookie Policy.

Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the contact form. If a project needs access to your systems, we will agree on a secure way to share it.

How I Use Your Information

  • Replying to enquiries: Answering your questions and discussing what you want to build or automate.
  • Quotes and proposals: Estimating scope, timelines and cost based on the details you share.
  • Delivering projects: Communicating during the work, sharing updates and handling support.

I will not add you to a mailing list or send marketing messages unless you clearly ask me to.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is needed to protect the rights, safety or security of this website, its users or others.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work securely: a session cookie and a CSRF protection cookie that protects forms from forged submissions. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How Long I Keep Your Data

  • Enquiries without a project: Kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client projects: Kept for as long as needed for the work, support, invoicing and legal records.
  • Server and security logs: Kept for a limited period, then removed or overwritten automatically.

How I Protect Your Data

Contact form submissions are stored in a MySQL database with restricted administrative access. The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against forged submissions, and spam filtering is used to block automated abuse.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you share.

International Transfers

I am based in Pakistan, and the services listed above may store or process data in other countries. By contacting me from outside Pakistan, your information may be transferred to and processed in Pakistan and the countries where these providers operate. I only use reputable providers with their own security and privacy safeguards.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
